HOMEPAGE

1. Is the registration for free?

Yes, it is for free. Simply register online on www.freeletics.com and get started. If you already registered on our app, you can sign in with your user name and password at any time.

2. Where do I get the workouts / the Coach?

There are different ways to get Freeletics workouts. Free: Simply register yourself on www.freeleitcs.com and get access to your free workouts. Furthermore, we will send you a newsletter for free that contains additional tips. They do not contain a specific training plan, however.

Free: The Freeletics lite app for iOS and Android. It also contains the free workouts.

Paid: The Freeletics pro app for iOS and Android. It contains all official Freeletics workouts.

The free offers and the pro app are suited to get to know Freeletics but they do not contain a specific goal-oriented training plan to reach your goals as fast and efficiently as possible.

Paid: The Freeletics Coach. It contains a personalized and goal oriented 15 weeks training plan to achieve your goals as fast as possible. You can book the Coach on www.freeletics.com.

3. Where can I register for the free newsletter?

Simply register on www.freeletics.com and you will automatically receive the newsletter for five weeks. You can find the workouts belonging to it online in the section “Your workouts”.

4. I have signed up but have not received a newsletter yet. Why?

The following steps serve as a check for a successful registration: 1) Received a confirmation email after registering. 2) Confirmed the email.

We send out the emails of the Freeletics newsletter every Monday. So if you signed up on Monday or during the week, you will receive your first newsletter next Monday. If not, please check your spam and deleted messages folders. Many of our emails end up there due the “Free” in our name. It therefore makes sense to add info@freeletics.com to your contacts.

5. How shall I proceed after the first 5 weeks?

In general, the newsletter and the apps do not contain a specific training plan. They are only supposed to enable everybody to train Freeletics for free. If you want to achieve a certain goal such as losing weight or building strength or muscle, you should use the Freeletics Coach. You will find it on www.freeletics.com. You can of course also start with the Coach after getting to know Freeletics for a couple of weeks.

6. How do I get started?

We recommend you to start with Aphrodite. You can generally decide yourself which workout to do when, but make sure you train at least four times a week. If you want to train towards a specific goal, e.g. building muscle, getting stronger, losing fat, etc. you should get the Freeletics Coach. The Coach dynamically creates personalized goal oriented training plans that allow you to reach your goal as fast as possible.

7. Can I change my password?

Yes. Log in on www.freeletics.com , go into your account settings (click on your name on the top of the page). You can change your password on the bottom of the menu.

8. I forgot my password – What now?

First of all go to www.freeletics.com. Click on “Sign in” in the top right corner. Then click on „Forgot it?“ to request a new password. After entering your email address, you will receive two e-mails - one with a confirmation link, which leads to our homepage and a second one with your new password. Important: If you didn’t receive any e-mail, please check your spam and deleted messages folders!

9. Is the web platform available in other languages?

Right now, our web platform is only available in English, German and Spanish. We are currently working on a French and Portuguese version of the web platform.

COACH

1. What does the Coach contain?

The Freeletics Coach is a dynamic training plan that adjusts to your personal goals, progress, strengths and weaknesses. You can access it on our website – www.freeletics.com. Using the Coach, you will get access to all Freeletics workouts and MAX. More importantly, however, you will get weekly training recommendations that dynamically adapted to your goals and your personal development. They are based on your training results and the training results of thousands of athletes around the globe and will make you reach your goal as fast as possible.

2. How can I get the Coach?

Log in on www.freeletics.com , click on “Get Coach”, choose your Coach focus and get started! If you aren’t registered, you will have to set up an account first.

3. Which Coach focus suits me?

Which Coach focus to choose heavily depends on which goal you want to achieve. We currently offer three different focuses: Cardio: Improving the cardiovascular endurance as well as losing weight and defining the body (largest customer groups: endurance athletes and women). Strength: Gaining strength as well as gaining muscles without gaining fat (largest customer groups: Strength oriented athletes and slim men) Cardio& Strength: Broad improvement of athletic performance as well as gaining muscles while losing weight (largest customer group: overweight men and experienced athletes, as it contains the greatest athletic diversity.)

4. I have bought the Coach – What now?

First of all: Congratulations! That was the first step towards your new life. You simply have to click the “next week” button to get started.

5. I can see several sessions. Do I have to do them daily or throughout the week?

The given sessions have to be completed in the respective week. It is up to you on which days you do a workout and on which not.

6. Do I have to complete all rounds of a workout at once or can I do them throughout it the day?

Many workouts consist of several rounds. No matter what structure a workout has, however, all parts have to be completed in a row. Keep your breaks as short as possible - avoid them entirely if you can. The only exceptions are mandatory breaks that are a part of the workout structure. BE CAREFUL: When you get tired during a workout, you are more likely to neglect clean technique. Be aware and make sure to keep proper form to avoid injuries.

7. Is it possible to see the whole plan?

No, you can only see the current week since the following weeks are generated based on your according performances.

8. How do I use the “Next Week” button?

Whenever you finished your training instructions you can use the “Next Week” button to receive the next set of recommended training sessions. Be careful, however! You cannot go back once you got to the next week.

9. What does the date after “Your subscription is valid until” mean?

The Freeletics Coach is a subscription service for 15 weeks of personalized training. We are aware that things like getting sick might hinder you to train. Therefore you have more than 15 weeks to get through your plan. The date after “Your subscription is valid until” tells you until when you have to finish your training plan. The Coach feature will close automatically after that. You can of course get a new subscription in the “Get Coach” section at any time.

10. What happens after the first 15 weeks?

First of all: Congratulations to 15 weeks of Freeletics! Freeletics is not a transformation program, though. Simply choose the Coach focus you want to continue with and keep training! NOTE: You can see the termination date of the Coach in the “Your Coach” section. Make sure to finish your 15 sets of training instructions while your Coach subscription is still valid.

11. Is it possible to use more than one Coach focus at a time?

No, that is not possible. It would not make sense either since the Coach’s instructions are goal-oriented. It can make sense, however, to change your goal and use a different Coach focus after having finished your current one.

12. Is it possible to edit workouts?

No, that is not possible. We are neither able to change your training data. [In the mobile app, you can delete workouts and switch between star and no star.]

13. Is it possible to get the old PDF-guide?

No, that is not possible. Our-PDF guides have only been a temporary solution until the launch of our web platform. The training recommendations of our Coach are way better suited and will allow you to progress significantly faster than before.

APP

1. Does the app include a specific training plan?

The Freeletics Apps don’t contain specific training plans. In particular, the light apps and the free membership allow everybody to train Freeletics for free. If you want to reach a specific goal (e.g. losing fat, building muscle, becoming more enduring or stronger), you should use the Freeletics Coach. They are available on www.freeletics.com and contain a detailed training plan.

2. I got the app. How do I get started?

You ideally stick to the recommendations of our Coach. The Freeletics apps do not contain specific training plans and when to do which workout best heavily depends on your goals. If you don’t use the Freeletics Coach, you can generally decide yourself which workout to do when but make sure that you train at least four times a week one workout a day. Aphrodite might be a good choice for your very first workout. If you want to get a goal oriented training plan, visit www.freeletics.com.

3. Can I change my password?

Yes. To change your password, first of all go to www.freeletics.com. Log in with your email address and password and go to your account settings (click on your name on the top of the page). You can change your password at the bottom of the menu.

4. I forgot my password - What now?

Click on „Forgot Password“ to request a new password. You will receive two e-mails, one with a confirmation link, which leads to our homepage and a second one with your new password. [Important: If you didn’t receive any e-mail, please check your spam folder]

5. Is it possible to get access to the Coach via the app?

It’s not possible yet. Your training data will automatically be synchronized, however.

OTHER

1. May I use your Facebook pictures?

Sure, you can use all of the pictures non-commercially as long as you don’t edit them.

2. What about apparel/ equipment?

We currently don’t offer apparel or equipment. We are planning to re-launch an apparel shop in spring 2014. Then you will be able show the world that you are a Free Athlete!

3. What about nutrition?

Nutrition is very important. We are therefore currently working on a nutrition guide. It heavily depends on your goals how to change your nutrition ideally. However, you should in general eat healthy, balanced and fresh. You will soon find all information you need in our nutrition guides.
